You don’t deliver to my country, what do I do?
Please get in contact with us via email or the contact form. We can calculate a shipping cost for you based on what you would like to order as we found generating shipping costs to certain countries to vary a lot and we want to offer all our customers the best price possible for delivery.
How can I be sure that the part I want to order fits my particular model
If you are unsure that you are ordering the correct part, please contact us via phone, email or chat and we will assist you.
I am ordering from overseas, but the cost is expensive for over 2kg. Why is this?
When generating international shipping costs, we had to go based on the largest box we could send with varying weights. If you are having this problem, please contact us directly and we can work out a shipping cost for you based on the parts you would like to order.
The part I want isn’t listed on your site. How do I go about ordering it?
If your part isn’t listed on the site, please contact us directly as it may be something we do not have yet. In this case we may be able to source it for you and then list it on the website for other people who may also want this part. In other situations, sometimes the part is not available new, and you would need to source this second-hand from a tractor breaker. We are happy to give out details for tractor breakers that we know of so we can provide these for you.
What time do I need to order by if I want same day dispatch?
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm. Same day dispatch will only be Monday to Friday as we are not open on weekends.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm GMT. If you order outside of these times, we will get them dispatched for you as soon as we can the following day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
Please contact us as we have tracking numbers available for all our online orders and we can investigate where your parcel is. In the unlikely event that it has been lost in transit we will send you a complete replacement of your order.
Pre order Items
A pre-order item will have a timescale stated to indicate how long an item should generally take to arrive in our warehouse - this will then be packed and dispatched to you and should arrive within our normal delivery times.
If you pre-order multiple items, the entire order will be dispatched only when all the items have arrived in our warehouse.
If you require multiple pre-ordered items to be sent in separate deliveries as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, then please contact us with your order number and we can facilitate this, but will incur additional postage costs
